Enncon S.R.L. (“Enncon”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in Romania, providing engineering-led data integration and operational intelligence services for the construction sector.

3. Services
Enncon provides engineering-led data integration services including: data integration and system connectivity, project planning and schedule analytics, cost intelligence and earned value management, predictive analytics and early warning systems, portfolio oversight and executive dashboards, and audit and traceability systems.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any such agreement.
4. Discovery Assessment
Our Discovery Assessment is a standalone engagement typically lasting 2–4 weeks. The scope and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before commencement. The Discovery Assessment fee is separate from any subsequent platform development engagement.
5. Intellectual Property
Website content — All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, data visualisations, and software, is the property of Enncon S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Romanian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
Client data — All data provided by clients remains the exclusive property of the client. Enncon does not claim ownership of client data at any time.
Platform deliverables — Ownership of custom-built platforms will be defined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Enncon retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, algorithms, frameworks, and reusable code libraries.
6. Confidentiality
Enncon treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use client information for any purpose other than the provision of agreed services, unless required by law or with prior written consent. Specific confidentiality obligations may be further defined in NDAs or service agreements.
7. Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by Romanian law. For EU clients, nothing in these terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iași, Romania, unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless mandatory consumer protection laws require a different jurisdiction.
14. International Clients
Enncon serves clients across entire world. Where we provide services in countries with specific regulatory requirements (nuclear, semiconductor, pharmaceutical sectors), we comply with applicable local regulations. Specific jurisdictional requirements will be addressed in the applicable service agreement.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting existing engagements will be communicated directly.
