We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and contribute to various high-impact European projects. This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely with occasional travel to project sites as required.

Your Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate project costs using the latest information from designs, contracts, site conditions, risk analyses, and client change requests.
• Prepare and manage budgets, allocate costs across cost centers, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Regularly compare actual and forecasted costs, analyze variances, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Evaluate the performance of key site activities, monitor material consumption, and assess supplier and contractor performance against benchmarks.
• Collaborate with project management teams to prepare detailed site reports, including KPIs, earned value analyses, and forecasts.
• Oversee the change management process by analyzing, approving, and implementing cost variations.
• Contribute to tender and bid processes by managing documentation, cost analyses, and reporting to maximize client value.
• Resolve construction disputes and claims with transparency and a solutions-focused approach.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a similar role, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP or other cost ERP systems is a plus.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Attributes:
  • Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic project requirements across various locations.
  • High level of proactivity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team.
