Work Type: Hybrid (Projects across the UK)

At Enncon, we are redefining construction project management by combining technical expertise, collaboration, and innovation. We seek an experienced Primavera P6 Planner & Scheduler to join our growing team and contribute to transformative projects across the UK. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on-site or remotely, depending on project requirements. You don’t need to be based in the UK, but you must be willing to travel to project locations when required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all milestones and timelines align with the project’s objectives.
  • Monitor and support the completion of projects on time and within budget by coordinating with project stakeholders.
  • Prepare progress reports and forecasts for clients, team members, and other project participants.
  • Collaborate with estimators to calculate the necessary resources and adjust schedules as project needs evolve.
  • Create contingency plans to address changing timelines or project challenges.
  • Meet with contractors, suppliers, and clients to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and internal protocols.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management, or construction preferred).
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in large engineering projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other construction planning software.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office and PowerBI.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Attributes:
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
