We seek an experienced Construction Data Analyst to join our team, that will use advanced analytics to unlock efficiencies and improve project outcomes.

This role is fully remote, with occasional office visits, and offers the chance to work on transformative projects for global clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze construction project data, uncovering trends, inefficiencies, and actionable opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts, SQL databases, and data pipelines to automate workflows and ensure seamless integration and optimization.
• Create interactive dashboards in Power BI and predictive models to support decision-making and enhance project performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate data insights into strategic project improvements.
• Contribute to developing custom analytics platforms and tools for real-time tracking, reporting, and project controls, aligning with Enncon’s services.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and integration with external platforms such as SAP and Oracle.
• Provide detailed reports, visualizations, and metrics to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support web-based platform creation for live project tracking and stakeholder access (website development knowledge is a plus).

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data analytics, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in Python for data analysis, scripting, and visualization (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
  • Proficient in SQL or other database management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with construction workflows, cost management, and scheduling data.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in web development or platform design is a significant advantage.
